WEST SYSTEM* EPOXY

WEST SYSTEM brand epoxy is unique in that it is based around one resin with four different hardeners and six different fillers all of which can be mixed and matched to your specific application. Refer to the charts below as a guide when selecting the appropriate hardeners and fillers to meet your needs. The WEST SYSTEM User Manual and Product Guide is available upon request with any CST purchase. The letter designation following the item number is a size designation i.e. if you order an A size resin, the corresponding hardener will also be A size. WEST SYSTEM epoxy and hardeners have an excellent shelf-life when stored in sealed containers at room temperature. It is specifically designed to wet out and bond with wood, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals. When fully cured, WEST SYSTEM sands to a fine white powder.

West System Metering Pumps

300 Pump Set are designed for convenient and accurate metering of all Group Size A, B and C West System resin and hardeners. The Pump Set contains one resin pump and two hardener pumps. Pumps mount directly on the resin and hardener containers an eliminate the mess of measuring by weight or volume. The pumps are calibrated to deliver the proper working ratio. One full pump stroke of the resin pump and one full stroke of the hardener pump delivers .8 fl. oz. for the 105/205 or 105/206 combinations or .9 fl. oz for the 105/207 or 105/209 mixtures.

It is used in a majority of situations, at low temperatures and to produce a rapid cure that developes its physical properties quickly at room temperature. Requires a 5:1 mixing ratio with WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin. Yields a high-strength, moisture resistant solid with excellent bonding and coating properties. Pot Life 9 to 12 minutes.
