Fast Service
CST and fast service are synonymous. We carry a full inventory and can therefore ship your order complete within 48 hours. On the rare occasion we are temporarily out of an item, we will hold your order no more than 3 days if we know the item is in transit to us. If it will be longer, we will backorder (BO) only if we will be able to ship within 30 days. If, for any reason, the lead-time is longer, we will show the item as temporarily out of stock (TOS).
Ordering and Payment Information
In the USA and Canada, you may phone your order free by dialing 800-338-1278 or order on-line at www.cstsales.com. All other international calls, please dial 661-822-4162. Orders can be faxed to 661-822-4121. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, personal and business checks drawn on US banks in US dollars. Customs, duties, brokerage and related charges are the responsibility of the customer due to the carrier upon delivery. Wire transfers add $35 to cover bank charges. Your order will not ship until we receive confirmation of receipt of funds from your bank.
CST processes credit card transactions when the order is shipped so we can accurately include the exact shipping charges. This includes on-line orders via the shopping cart. A copy of your invoice will be provided with your order so you know exactly the amount charged to your card. If you need an estimate prior to shipping, please call customer service, send an e-mail or request the total be e-mailed to you when we ship.

Technical support is available at 661-823-0108 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST. If someone is not immediately available to answer your questions, we will return your call. Method of Shipment
Shipping charges are passed onto the customer at current rates. Orders in the USA will be shipped via ground unless otherwise specified. International shipments will be sent via most economical, trackable method. We do NOT recommend air parcel post or priority mail for orders over $50. For air service, please provide your Federal Express or UPS account number so shipping can be billed directly to your account. Both Federal Express and UPS are more expensive to ship to a residential address than to a commercial address. All shipments over $20 value will be insured at carrier rates.
Any box over 12” wide incurs a $20-25 special packaging charge. This charge is per box or crate. In some cases, multiple items may fit into the same container. Oversize containers sometimes ship by dimensional weight depending upon the total shipping weight. Our shipping department will package and ship product as economically as possible while trying to protect the product from damage in transit.
The maximum length of an international package to most countries is 40 inches (some countries are 39 inches) for air parcel post. This may require that we fold or cut materials to meet package restrictions. We will honor your requests within shipping requirements whenever possible. If an airmail package becomes lost, tracking is very difficult and time consuming. International shipments cannot be traced for 90 days after shipment by airmail. All postal charges must be prepaid and will be billed to the customer.
Hazardous Materials
Some items are classified as “hazardous material” by the Department of Transportation. Hazardous materials are shipped via FedEx ground service for an additional fee depending on the hazardous classification. Products designated as ORMD can only be ship via ground but do not incur additional charges. Regulations and charges related to these materials are subject to change without notice. Hazardous shipments can not be returned for any reason. If a parcel is damaged when received from the carrier, refuse the shipment and / or note the damages with the carrier.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available on all products required by law to have such documentation. Upon request, we will forward a copy for specific products either by mail or fax. MSDS is included with all hazardous shipments.

California Sales Tax
California sales tax applies to all shipments and deliveries within California including hotels, motels, trade shows and special events.
Return Policy
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you have any missing or damaged items, please call customer service at 1-800-338-1278 immediately so we can correct the problem. If you wish to return an item that you cannot use, we will allow returns within 90 days of invoice date if it is returned in like-new condition at your expense. There will be a 20% restock charge. Call customer service and get permission for your return. You will be given specific instructions and authorization for the return. If returned merchandise is received damaged from misuse or improper packaging, no refund will be issued or refund will be reduced by the price of the damaged material. Hazardous materials, custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.
