CARBON FIBER PRE-PREG TAPE
For maximum shelf life per-preg should be stored at temperatures below freezing. At 72 degrees Farenheight the maximum shelf life is 30 days, from date of manufacture. During the summer months, we recommend Next Day Air to maximize shelf life.
CURE SCHEDULE: Ramp temperature at 6 deg F per minute to 175-200 deg F depending upon the desired viscosity. Hold for 20 minutes to allow for any trapped air or gas to escape. Ramp to 275 deg F at 6 deg F per minute and hold for 1 hour. Cooling to 250 deg. F prior to removing from the oven.
